stop eatting acid foods. Tomatos, oranges, spagiti sauce, read sauces. Dariy foods arn’t a good idea. It causes more acide flow into the throat.

one of the best things I have found to help with acid reflux actualy is APPLE CIDER VINIGER it must be the natural raw unpastorized that you find in health food stores most likly won’t find in a grocery store
It works because usualy when you have acid reflux your body needs more acid to deal with what is causeing it rather than temp fix of taking away the symtoms that some over counter medications do
